Field Service Engineer

Carbon60 are recruiting for a Field Service Engineer to work with a waste, water and energy management solutions client of ours, working across the South (with occasional national travel).

This Field Service Engineer position is on a permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion. The ideal candidate is someone who has a clean UK driving licence and has equipment service experience.

Role Responsibilities:

  • In this role you will be responsible for the hands-on servicing and repair of water equipment, undertaking scheduled service
  • Occasional emergency call outs
  • Repair customer equipment or installation of new equipment (where repairing is not possible)
  • Perform routine maintenance work including chemical sanitisation
  • Deliver and install new equipment
  • Test and commission all work prior to leaving site

Skills and Experience required:

  • Relevant equipment service work experience in an electro-mechanical environment (ideally within the water treatment sector)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to be on call for out of hours emergency work (rota system)

Salary: Up to £32,500 per annum.
