Allstaff Recruitment are currently seeking a Field Service Electromechanical Engineer based in the Leeds and Pontefract area for a well-established print finishing equipment company.

**You must be based in the Leeds area due to the location of the role and travel requirements**

Summary of theField Service Electromechanical Engineer role…

Salary: Competitive plus car.
Location: Leeds and Pontefract
Hours: 50 hours a week Monday - Friday including unpaid lunch and travel times, limited overnight stays mainly for training (fully expensed)

The role…

As the Field Service Electromechanical Engineer your role will involve the following important duties:

  • Maintain company equipment on client sites
  • Carry out repair and planned maintenance activities
  • Installation of new equipment
  • Mechanical fault finding to component level with some electrical
  • Support with administrative requirements
  • Forge good working relationships with all customers and members of the Service Department

The experience required…

As a successful Field Service Electromechanical Engineer, you will have the following:

  • At least 2 years of Mechanical engineering experience to component level.
  • A qualification in mechanical aand electrical engineering
  • Print background or paper handling would be an advantage.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • A full, clean UK driver's license
