Field Service Engineer

Job Title: Field Service Engineer 

Location : Essex

Shift: Monday - Friday 

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Primary Objective: To ensure that all plant and machinery is maintained and operates to the highest level of efficiency and safety.

Responsibilities 

• Stripping and repairing single and three phase Motors, industrial Gearboxes, Fan/ Blower units and pumps 
• Carry out planned maintenance on production machinery in line with current Standard Operating Procedures.
• Diagnose causes of, and repair equipment breakdowns.
• Accurately complete all relevant operational documentation to a high standard as required.
• Provide detailed handovers.
• Deliver greater plant reliability through effective engineering practices, always aiming for sustainable greater uptime and reliability of plant and equipment through all/any engineering activities carried out.

Experience Required

• Mechanical experience on industrial fans, Motors, Pumps and Machinery 
• Mechanical experience
• Full driving license
