Field Service Engineer - Maintenance
London (East London) covering Reading and Oxford
Servicing
Monday to Friday
£35,000 - £38,000 + Overtime

Gi Pro are proud to be working in partnership with a global thermal systems business. A market leader in the design and manufacture of thermal systems, servicing the bus and coach industry sectors.

Job Role:
This Service Engineer position is to cover the East London area and surrounding areas servicing and installation of thermal systems, the role will be to travel to customer sites / bus depots and provide service support to customers. You will be working a flexible day shift. The role comes with a competitive package, training opportunity, career progression and company vehicle.

Typical Duties will involve:

  • Service the bus cooling and air-con / heating systems and battery thermal management system
  • Diagnostic and repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer care.
  • Site reports and data gathering
  • Manage your own workload.
  • Ordering of replacement parts


Desirable experience

  • Engineering qualification, Mechanical or Electrical
  • F-Gas qualified
  • Full UK driving licence - required.
  • Field service experience
  • High Voltage - advantage
  • Bus & Coach mechanical / electrical experience
