Field Service Engineer

Our client is a market leader in food transportation and servery products. The customer base is predominantly Public Sector institutions, B&I and Food Producers.

Due to continued growth our client is actively looking to recruit a full time Service Engineer to cover the far North of England, the Scottish Borders and Scotland. This is a permanent position and will involve extensive travel with some overnight stays away.

The successful candidate will be predominately working on their own or as required part of the team of existing engineers. The role will suit an organised individual who is able to work on their own initiative and with minimal supervision.

As an experienced Field Service Engineer duties will include scheduled service, maintenance, breakdown and installation of the range of equipment supplied by our client.

A good electrical and mechanical knowledge is essential, there is no gas or refrigeration skill requirements needed for this position.

Full and ongoing training is provided as is product familiarisation.
