Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • ?? Conduct comprehensive UPS system installations, maintenance, and emergency repairs.
  • ? Troubleshoot complex technical issues, promoting a high first-time fix rate.
  • ?? Foster strong relationships with customers, understanding and anticipating their needs.

Profile

Ideal Candidate:

  • �? Educational Background: Holds an HNC/HND in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or an equivalent technical qualification.
  • ??? Experience: At least two years of hands-on experience with UPS systems and power electronics, with a deep understanding of Medium Voltage applications.
  • ?? Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues effectively.
  • ?? Customer Service: Excellent relationship-building skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service to customers.
  • ?? Time Management: Well-organised with the ability to manage time efficiently and work under pressure.
  • ?? Travel Readiness: Possesses a clean driving licence and is willing to travel extensively, mainly across the M25 and M4 corridors, with occasional national travel.
