Are you a Field Service Engineer or similar with a background in Photocopier machinery looking to join a family-run business, in a secure, Monday to Friday role where you will receive door to door pay, a company vehicle and the opportunity to become a Lead Engineer in the future?

On offer is the opportunity to join a growing business who are looking to expand rapidly, with the goal of doubling their headcount this year. The company are a specialist in office equipment will eventually give you and opportunity to grow into a leading role and potentially grow your own team. The company are market leading in their field, and have won big contracts with Canon and Kyocera.

This varied, field-based role will centre around troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with equipment then performing the inspections and maintenance on the printers / photocopiers. You will also be involved in service calls and providing support to customers.

This role would suit a Field Service Engineer or similar with a background in Printer or Photocopiers looking to join a small business who will give a stable and secure Monday to Friday position and the opportunity to become a leading Engineer.

The Role:

• Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues with equipment
• Performing routine maintenance and inspections
• Responding to service calls
• Providing technical support to customers
• Documenting service activities and completing service reports.

The Person:

• Printer / Photocopier background
• Client facing background
• Full UK Driving License - Bristol, Hereford, Gloucester patch
