Field Service Engineer - EcoHaus

Position: Full-time, Permanent, 8-10 hour Shifts.

Salary: A competitive salary of up to£40k per year

Our client is a leading supplier of composite window and door solutions in the UK, renowned for their expertise in Passivhaus installations, is on the lookout for a dedicated Service Engineer to join their expanding team. The company takes great pride in sourcing cutting-edge products, executing top-notch installations, and offering exceptional customer service. Due to unprecedented growth, an exciting new opportunity for a Service Engineer role has opened up, where you'll play a crucial part in maintaining the company's reputation for excellence. In this position, you will visit client sites to address and resolve any installation problems or defects in collaboration with the customer service team. While this role demands travel across the UK, the focus will predominantly be on projects throughout the South-East/West Region of the country.

Required Experience:

- Proficiency in IT.

- Previous experience working with aluminium, timber, and composite window and door systems.

- Possession of a full, clean driving licence.

- A background in carpentry or joinery is advantageous.

- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

- Uphold exceptional standards of customer service and workmanship on all jobs.

- Travel to client residences to perform high-quality installation repairs, occasionally requiring overnight stays.

- Precisely communicate any necessary remedial work or parts needed.

- Maintain detailed records of all tasks performed.

- Report any challenges or updates to the installation department efficiently.
