Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyse business requirements.
  • Design and configure D365 CRM/CE and Field Service solutions to meet client needs.
  • Provide expert guidance and best practices to clients on system usage and optimisation.
  • Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demos for end-users and stakeholders.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to D365 CRM/CE and Field Service.
  • Stay updated on the latest features and updates in D365 CRM/CE and Field Service applications.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in implementing and supporting D365 CRM/CE and Field Service solutions.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customising D365 CRM/CE and Field Service applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Self-motivated with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding client expectations.
  • Relevant certifications in D365 CRM/CE and Field Service (preferred).
