The ideal Field Sales Rep candidate will have the following key skills and experiences;

• Proven sales experience of selling construction plant equipment into the construction industry, construction equipment into construction companies eg sales of telehandlers, bulldozers, JCB’, excavators, powered access equipment, access platform, lifting operations equipment, cranes, scissor lifts, MHE, FLT or similar heavy plant construction machinery
• Good field sales and business development experience within the construction plant, construction machinery, hire plant, plant rental, plant hire industries, national infrastructure projects, local authorities, logistics, transport sectors
• Good experience of and ability to sell technical products eg construction machinery, heavy plant hire machinery, heavy vehicle hire, Material handling equipment, FLT, etc
• A full driving licence and able and willing to travel extensively in this role as you will be covering the UK, ideally you will be based in the Oxford / Aylesbury regions within 1 - 1.5 hours drive
• Good network, client base, reputation within the construction sectors, - especially with main contractors, large hire companies, local authorities, established client base

The purpose of this construction Field Sales Rep role is to to develop new and existing sales of their new telehandler and construction plant equipment range across the UK.

This exciting field sales rep role would suit an experienced sales manager with good experience of selling heavy construction plant equipment, plant hire / plant rental sales , capital equipment sales, eg telehandlers, JCB’s, bulldozers, excavators or similar heavy construction plant machinery to the construction industry, looking for the next real challenge in their business development career.

This role is a remote working from home role and you be on the road 4days per week and expected to go to the offices near Aylesbury one day a week for sales meetings, reports, lead generation and general paperwork/ customer visit follow up. This position is a field sales role so would suit a sales rep who has experience of this travelling and commuting field sales lifestyle.
