Your future employer has a fantastic opportunity to join their rapidly growing business as a Field Sales Manager in the agriculture industry, offering a generous package along with continued development, improvement and progression. A competitive salary of up to £40,000 is on offer, depending on experience, as well as a company vehicle, 32 days holiday (including BH), and a highly competitive pension contribution. As this is a field based position, a full UK licence is required. This is a Monday to Friday only position, plus additional weekend hours in peak season.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, with a flexible approach in their work. A sound knowledge of agricultural equipment is desirable, although full product training will be provided.

Duties of the Field Sales Manager:

  • Demonstrating and selling premium agricultural equipment to a variety of customers and businesses
  • Attending sites of new and existing clients
  • Maintaining regular contact with accounts in your area
  • Working closely with other members of the sales team to maximise sales
  • Working independently and as part of a team as needed
  • Attending product training and demonstrations for new equipment

Desired experience of the Field Sales Manager:

  • Experience with agricultural machinery and equipment is desirable, or farming practice knowledge
  • Previous experience in a similar style role
  • A full UK drivers licence
  • Previous experience working individually and as part of a wider team
