Job Title: Field Product Specialist

Client Location: Ipswich (Field role)

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience)

Summary of Position:

We have a great opportunity for a Field Product Specialist to join our Clientwho has over 40 years of experiencein providing care equipment. The Field Product Specialist will visit a range of current and potential customers to follow up on enquiries and complete assessments.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Complete field assessments for a range of products, which will be in individuals’ homes, care home and sheltered accommodation.
  • Carry out awareness sessions on the client’s products.
  • Visit customers and potential customers to discuss the clients’ products, through reactive enquires and appointments.
  • Hit all KPIs set.
  • Carry out other duties within their capabilities.

Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes:

  • Experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Effectively manage one’s time and resources to ensure that workis completed efficiently.
  • Customer-focused.
  • Generate innovative solutions to situations, trying different and new ways to deal with problems and opportunities.
  • Tenacious, adaptable and action orientated.
  • Actively participate as a member of the team to move toward the completion of goals.
