WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

As a Field Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations by understanding customer requirements and effectively communicating them as needed. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Ensuring staff are organised and are clear of their Daily workloads and targets.

Encouraging good communication with peers and management and get an understanding of activities required and these are actioned in a timely manner.

Delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.

Driving employees to work within a clean environment and seek job satisfaction while at work.

Ensure ALL driving standards are met and followed.

Support to all departments for all aspects of quote building and engineer requirements.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

3 Years experience in the Onsite Engineering field (Ideally)

1 Years experience in Team Leadership (required)

Proficient knowledge in IT Services and products e.g. Windows Operating Systems, Printers etc (preferred)
