• Gillingham, Medway
• £22,105 per annum (pro rata)
• Full hours available only
• Full UK Driving Licence Essential - Driving of the Service Mini Bus is required

We are looking for Support Workers to work with us in Gillingham, Medway, supporting 5 individuals with complex health, physical and learning disabilities. The service is close to both Chatham and Gillingham town centres and only a five-minute walk from Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre. The people supported enjoy active social lives and go out in the community daily and require support at all times.
