This well-established multi-office law firm is seeking a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive to join the busy department in Trowbridge, Somerset.

What will you do?

  • Join a busy Family team, consisting of Partners, Solicitors, Legal Executives and Paralegals 
  • Handle a full caseload of Privately Funded Family matters
  • This will include divorce, financial matters, domestic violence, cohabitation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements, separation agreements and children issues
  • Have the opportunity to undertake advocacy in the Family Court
    What do you need?
  • Be at least an NQ Solicitor or Legal Executive 
  • Be comfortable in handling your own caseload
  • At least 2 years of fee-earning experience within a Family Law department
