My client is a Berkshire based, private practice law firm established for over 100 years specialising in Litigation, Family, Corporate Commercial, Commercial & Residential Property and Inheritance Protection.

The firm is seeking a Family Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2-5 years’ PQE to work with a Partner lead collaborative and friendly team in Maidenhead.

The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in the following :

Divorce
Financial Disputes
Children
Financial, Prenuptial and Postnuptial Agreements where
parties have international links, assets or are located
outside of the UK
Cohabitation disputes (TOLATA and Schedule 1)
Civil Partnerships and Injunctions.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills and be naturally adept at remaining under pressure.
