As a pivotal member of the team, the selected candidate will report directly to the Supervising Partner, taking responsibility for a diverse caseload that encompasses the full spectrum of privately funded work.

Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in family law.
  • Exceptional client care abilities, delivering professional and competent legal advice
  • Demonstrated business development acumen with a track record of implementing successful marketing strategies.
  • A proven ability to generate fees meeting or exceeding set targets.
  • A commitment to maintaining up-to-date knowledge and skills, fulfilling Continuing Professional Development requirements and internal training programmes.
  • A history of autonomously managing a personal caseload with a high degree of competence.
  • Strict adherence to deadlines, showcasing excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong drafting and writing capabilities, coupled with outstanding communication skills and technical proficiency.
