The Opportunity:

Seeking an experienced Family Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) to their high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a complex and sensitive caseload involving all aspects of family law, focusing on the needs of HNW/UHNW clients.
• Provide expert advice and representation on matters including divorce, financial settlements, prenuptial agreements, and child custody.
• Maintain the highest level of client service, offering tailored advice and strategic solutions.
• Contribute to the growth and development of the practice, enhancing its reputation as a leader in family law for HNW/UHNW individuals.
• Work closely with other members of the firm to ensure a collaborative approach that maximizes client satisfaction and outcomes.

Requirements:

• A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 8 years PQE in family law.
• Demonstrated experience in managing the legal affairs of HNW/UHNW individuals with tact, integrity, and professionalism.
• Strong technical knowledge of family law, with a track record of achieving favourable outcomes in complex cases.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• A team player who values collaboration, with the ability to also work independently and drive initiatives.
