The ideal candidate should have a minimum 7-8 years PQE and an excellent knowledge of all areas of private family law including:

- Handling the full remit of privately funded family law matters

- Dealing with mid to high range financial settlements including businesses, pensions and properties

- Divorce, financial remedies and TOLATA

- High Net Worth finances on divorce

- Private law children matters including contact and residence orders

- Cohabitee disputes

- Civil Partnerships

- Pre and post nuptial agreements

- Appeal cases

- Ex parte s.37MCA applications

- Fully IT literate with experience working on case management systems.
