TSR Legal are delighted to be assisting a well-established law firm located in central Bristol is currently seeking an experienced Family Law Practitioner to join the dynamic and expanding family law team. With a rich history and a commitment to excellence, our client prides themselves on delivering top-tier legal services to their clients. Their Family team holds Accreditation too!

Role Overview: As a Family Solicitor/CILEx Lawyer, you will play a vital role in our firm, handling a diverse caseload encompassing various aspects of family law. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency of a mixed caseload in the following areas:

• Children law; both public and private
• Divorce and Finance
• Cohabitation
• Legal Aid

Desirable Skills: While not essential, familiarity with the following areas would be advantageous:

• Ancillary Finances
• Divorce
• Advocacy

Key Responsibilities: Your caseload will comprise a blend of privately funded and legal aid cases. While prior knowledge of legal aid would be beneficial, this firm is prepared to provide training to the right candidate. Additionally, while having a following would be advantageous, it is not a prerequisite as their firm maintains a high volume of work.
