Family Solicitor - Top Tier Firm - Berkshire About the Role: * Join a prestigious top-tier firm in Berkshire's Family Law team, specialising in a wide range of family law matters. * This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-value cases, providing an excellent platform for professional development. * Looking for a lawyer with 2-5 years PQE who possesses the capability to independently manage cases while also showing eagerness to learn and grow by supporting senior lawyers on intricate matters. Responsibilities: * Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic violence cases. * Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented at all times. * Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and attend court hearings as required. * Collaborate with senior team members and contribute to the overall success of the department. Criteria: * Qualified solicitor with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in family law. * Demonstrated expertise in handling a variety of family law cases with a focus on delivering exceptional client service. * Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in court proceedings. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike. * Proactive approach to work, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
