Family Placement Team Social Worker - Hybrid - Bristol

A local authority near Bristol is hiring a full time Family Placement team Social worker to work closely with prospective and current foster carers, be responsible for ensuring foster carers have access to adequate support.

Key Duties include:

Supervise Foster Carers

Submit assessments for court submission

Supervising a foster carer's caseload

Proven experience in fostering social work

Driving Licence and Car

Post-qualifying experience in work with Children and Families
