Are you a Family Law Paralegal seeking a new challenge with a leading Private Practice Firm?

Our client is seeking a Family Paralegal with a genuine interest in Family Law with strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure. Joining the Firms expanding Family Law department, you will receive ongoing training and support to develop your career.
You will be working from the Firms friendly Birmingham offices in an entirely paperless environment, with recent investment in modern IT.

Type of work:
  • To provide a high level of client care
  • To provide support to Fee Earners
  • Building relationships with internal and external parties
  • Ensure that files are managed effectively
  • Creating letters or documents
  • Attending clients and taking notes
  • Completing public funding (Legal aid) applications
  • Collating and redacting documents for Court bundles
  • Liaising with the local authorities, Police and medical professionals to request and receive documents.
  • Liaising with Courts and experts
