Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our client's childcare team as a Family Paralegal in the Child Abduction team. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Hardworking Ethos: Demonstrated commitment to going the extra mile, especially during urgent and high-pressure situations.
  • Effective Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders.
  • Resilience: Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Experience: Legal experience within a law firm environment is a essential, family law experience is desirable.

Additional Details: This role requires attendance at the office in Exeter daily; however, after six months, there will be opportunity to discuss the possibility of remote work for 1 or potentially 2 days a week, depending on business needs.
