A progressive and forward-thinking law firm in North Wales is currently seeking a dynamic Family/Litigation Solicitor to join their team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a talented solicitor to specialise in Family Law while also gaining exposure to litigation and personal injury matters.

The firm are open to applications from those with 1 - 5 years PQE handling Family law matters, and some personal injury matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage a diverse caseload of Family Law matters and some personal injury files. This includes file reviews and case preparation.
  • Provide support to Partners and team members by assisting with their cases as needed.
  • Attend court hearings as required. Represent clients in Family Law proceedings and other related matters.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all regulatory and SRA requirements to uphold the firm's standards of professionalism and ethical conduct.
  • Cultivate strong client relationships, both existing and prospective, by providing excellent legal advice and support.
  • Actively contribute to the firm's business development efforts by participating in marketing events and initiatives.
