A renowned Yorkshire law firm is seeking an adept Family Legal Secretary to join its dynamic team in Cleckheaton. Enjoy the convenience of free on-site parking along with a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.

To excel in this role, you must possess substantial experience in Family Law, encompassing divorce, finance, private children work, both private and legal aid cases.

This esteemed family team specialises in a diverse array of family and matrimonial matters. As a Family Legal Secretary, you'll collaborate closely with a dedicated Family Solicitor, focusing on divorce, finances, and private children work.

In this role, you'll engage in a variety of tasks, including:

  • Efficient diary management
  • Accurate audio and copy typing
  • Meticulous minute taking and document filing
  • Handling telephone communications
  • Assisting with the preparation of Court documentation
  • Providing invaluable support to the Solicitor

Previous experience in family law is essential for this role.

This full-time position offers a Monday to Thursday schedule of 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with an earlier finish at 5:00 pm on Fridays. Please note that this is an office-based role.
