Family Solicitor - Thriving firm, Wiltshire Family Law A thriving law firm in Wiltshire are seeking a qualified solicitor specialising in a wide range of family law matters to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex and high-value cases, providing an excellent platform for professional development. Responsibilities: * Manage a diverse caseload of family law matters including divorce, child custody, financial settlements, and domestic violence cases. * Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring their best interests are represented at all times. * Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and attend court hearings as required. Criteria: * Qualified solicitor with experience in family law. * Demonstrated expertise in handling a variety of family law cases with a focus on delivering exceptional client service. * Strong advocacy and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent clients effectively in court proceedings. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
