Are you an experienced Family Lawyer / Paralegal looking for a new challenge?

TSR Legal are currently seeking a Family Lawyer with 2-5 years experience to join a well-established regional law firm. This is an exciting opportunity to join a firm that prides themselves on providing the highest levels of service in a friendly, approachable and professional manner through their experienced legal teams and innovative technology.

As a Family Lawyer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of cases, including Divorce and Separation issues, Finance and Property Settlements, Cohabitation and Prenuptial Agreements and Disputes, all disputes relating to children, Disputes with Social Services and Care Proceedings, Domestic Violence and Injunctions, and Disputes in relation to Wills and Inheritances.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in family law, with experience in handling complex cases and providing expert legal advice to clients. You will need to have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
