Fantastic opportunity to join a specialist firm based in South Lanarkshire who have an excellent reputation.

Working alongside very supportive and knowledgeable Partners you will have a full and mixed caseload (both private and legal aid) of family law matters including: 

child contact and residence, divorce/ separation etc, child welfare reporting, safeguarding and guardianship. You shall also have the opportunity to work with women who have experienced domestic abuse.

This is a friendly team who work well together and you will have the opportunity to have hybrid working splitting your time between the office and home based.

You shall be encouraged to further develop your skills and experience within the specialism.

You might be someone who is beginning their family law career who has spent most of your traineeship in family law or you could be someone who is 1 year qualified and now looking for your next step.
