Achieve Professionals is seeking an experienced Family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive of at least 2 years PQE to join friendly high street practice based in Bishop Auckland.

Position: Family Law Solicitor or Legal Executive

Location: County Durham

Salary: dependent on experience

Experience & Responsibilities:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum o 2 years' PQE in family law, particularly in legal aid work.

  • Manage a caseload of family law matters (mainly legal aided).

  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients facing family law issues.

  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and strategy.

  • Liaise with external agencies, professionals, and authorities involved in family law proceedings.

  • Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathise with clients and effectively convey legal advice and information.

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, as well as independently.

  • Possess a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services with integrity and professionalism.
