Are you a Family Law Legal Secretary seeking a new opportunity with a leading Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners ranked Firm?

Our esteemed client, known for delivering exceptional legal services, is in search of an experienced Legal Secretary with a genuine passion for Family Law to join their dynamic Family department.

You will showcase good organisational and communication skills, coupled with fast and precise typing abilities, and accurate spelling. Additionally, the ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced setting is essential.

What will be expected of you?
  • Dictation and copy typing
  • Electronic filing
  • To deal with inbound and outbound telephone calls with clients, Counsel, experts and other third parties
  • To keep appointment diaries for Fee Earners and Senior members of the team
  • Dealing with clients and visitors face to face when required
  • To ensure compliance with office procedures as demonstrated in the Practice Manual
  • To be involved with CCMS Legal aid matters and applications
  • To action fee notes or matters relating to experts’ invoices
  • Other general administrative tasks
