Interim Transformation Lead (Family Help)

Local Authority

6-month Contract - Full time

North of England - 3 days in office per week initially

£550 per day IR35 status TBD

Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client based in the North of England to help in the recruitment of an Interim Family Help Transformation Lead to help transform the council's early help service.

Other Areas of the Role:

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify gaps, strengths, and areas for improvement within current services.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive transformation strategy.
  • Ensure effective integration with other elements of service delivery, development projects, sub-projects and portfolios being delivered by the Council and Children's Services
  • Develop clear action plans to identify objectives for service delivery including risk management and monitor the efficiency of implementation.

To be considered you must have :

  • Experience working within a local authority setting.
  • Previous experience working at Transformation Lead or similar seniority.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of Social Care and Early Help.
  • Partnership experience

Next Steps

This role is an initial 6 month contract with likely extension, with the initial requirement to be in the office 3 days per week with the remainder.
