My client are a leading full-service law firm that offer specialised legal advice to businesses and individuals. With their south coast offices, this firm's experienced lawyers have earned a prestigious reputation across the South of England. Their renowned family team is led by a highly respected individual, recommended in the Legal 500. The team boasts extensive experience in matrimonial and children-related matters. They are particularly known for their expertise in handling financial settlements arising from divorce proceedings, including complex cases involving substantial assets and intricate asset structures like trusts, pensions, and businesses. Additionally, the team excels in private law Children Act proceedings, particularly those with complex factual or background circumstances. As part of their expansion plans, the firm is seeking an additional lawyer to join the family team at the associate level. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of financial remedy and child arrangements matters. The ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE. They should possess strong technical skills and have experience working with high-net-worth clients, navigating the complex issues commonly associated with such clients. Candidates with a well-established professional network will be given preference.
