Join our clients rapidly expanding automotive engineering company as they seek talented Factory Worker to join our dynamic manufacturing plant. No prior experience in the automotive trade? No problem! We offer comprehensive training to all candidates, making previous experience a bonus but not a requirement. What we value most is a positive attitude, reliability, and a keen willingness to learn.

Job Role / Duties:

  • Efficiently working on a fast-paced production line
  • Setting up and operating plastic injection moulding machines
  • Meeting set production targets
  • Conducting visual quality inspections of finished products

Shifts & Salary:

2 Shift Hours:

  • Dayshift: Monday to Friday, 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
  • Late shift: Monday to Thursday, 4:00 pm to 12:15 am; Friday, 3:30 pm to 11:45 pm
  • Overtime of one hour may be required after each shift, potentially ending work at 1:15 am on late shifts

3 Shift Hours:

  • Nights: Sunday to Thursday, 11:00 pm to 7:30 am
  • Days: Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 4:10 pm
  • Lates: Monday to Friday, 4:00 pm to 11:50 pm

Pay rates:

  • 2 Shift: Starting rate of £12.66 per hour
  • 3 Shift: Starting rate of £13.32 per hour

Minimum of 39 hours per week, excluding overtime

Overtime rates: Time and a half and double time.

Pay reviews every 12 months based on performance and time and attendance records
