Factory Operatives

Our client is based in Hastings and due to their continual growth, we are delighted to be recruiting for factory operatives to join their team.

Main Duties:

• Running and cleaning machinery
• Monitoring the production line
• Doing quality checks of products
• Keeping work areas and the factory floor clean
• Informing Supervisors of any issues

• Must comply with Company’s Health and Safety Regulations at all times
• Full training will be given
• Heavy lifting, standing and floor work will be required in various departments

Qualification’s Skills and Experience

• Factory/Machine experience preferred
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills
• Good time keeping
• Reliability
• Must be enthusiastic hardworking individuals
• Must be able to work on own initiative

Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• Different shift patterns, must be flexible:
• 6am - 2pm
• 2.30pm - 10pm
• 10.30pm - 6.30am
