Facilities Services Manager - 2 year Fixed-Term Contract

Venn Group are supporting an large Theatre in London with a key appointment to the Facilities team.

• Start Date: ASAP
• Location: London
• Salary: £64,500

The successful candidate will:

• be responsible for the following teams of circa 25 people: Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, Administration and Helpdesk
• provide a comprehensive maintenance and improvement programme to the three sites to cost and quality standards agreed with the Head of Facilities
• manage employee and contractor performance
• ensure the Facilities Departments activities fully comply with the requirement of Theatre Licensing, Health and Safety legislation, Fire precautions, local planning and English Heritage
• project manage installation of new and replacement equipment up to a value of £250,000

The successful candidate will have:

• Relevant Engineering qualifications and experience, with considerable experience of mechanical systems including HVAC, LTHW heating and sprinkler installations
• Proven experience in managing a multi-skilled building maintenance team
