Facilities and Property Manager
  • Salary Range: £70,000 - £80,000 (TBC) plus discretionary performance bonus
  • Location: W1, London
  • Job Type: Full-time with flexible working options

Day to Day of the role:
  • Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of a diverse range of properties, including offices, industrial, and some residential.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and proactively address any issues that arise.
  • Manage health and safety obligations, ensuring all statutory requirements are met.
  • Coordinate maintenance tasks, liaising with contractors and consultants to ensure high standards.
  • Engage with tenants on occupational issues, including rent and service charge collection.
  • Oversee external agents and advisors, ensuring optimal performance and arranging appointments as necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with Asset Management and Finance teams to enhance property performance.
  • Produce and manage annual service charge budgets, keeping a keen eye on cost-efficiency.
  • Maintain the Property Management System with up-to-date and accurate information.
  • Handle insurance claims, premiums, and renewals, as well as business rates management and utility contract oversight for vacant spaces and common areas.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a “can do” empathetic attitude.
  • Customer service focus with the ability to build strong relationships with tenants, staff, contractors, and advisors.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Facilities or Property Management within a busy environment.
  • Strong communication skills, well-spoken and articulate.
