Are you a Facilities / Operations Manager (IEng or CEng) seeking an extraordinary opportunity to contribute to the Maintenance and Innovation of the world’s most iconic building?

You'll lead a team dedicated to both planned and reactive maintenance including tender processes and schedules, modernising systems for efficiency while respecting the unique character of the Palace.
  
With challenges as grand and diverse as the estate itself, your work will directly impact the preservation and evolution of the Royal Household.
  
**The Job:**
  
- Lead and manage the Operations Engineering Team, ensuring excellence in maintenance and compliance with Royal Household standards.
- Balance a variety of maintenance activities, from tender processes and schedules to annual projects and statutory compliance.
- Take charge of building services responsibilities, offering guidance and support to a skilled team of engineers.
- Navigate the demands of multiple internal and external stakeholders, making decisions for long-term improvements and efficiencies.
- Champion modernisation projects, seeking innovative solutions to maintain our heritage while enhancing our operations.
  
**The Person:**
  
- Qualified Engineer (IEng or CEng),
-Facilities / Operations Manager or similar
-Wealth of M&E experience
- Proven capability in managing statutory compliance, risk, cost control, contract management, and project management.
-A leader with strong people management skills, passionate about team development and skilled in motivating others.
- Exceptional organisational and communication skills, adept at handling complex property challenges under pressure.
- A forward-thinker with a strong focus on customer service, able to build positive relationships and advise on complex matters innovatively.
