Facilities / Maintenance Assistant

SF Recruitment are working with a business based in Warwick who are looking for a temporary Facilities / Maintenance Assistant to join the team
£12.00 per hour

Brief overview of the role:
- Collection and disposal of confidential waste across all sites
- Wet floor signs - removal in the mornings
- Emptying of recycling bins (plastic and glass)
- Waste monitoring and disposal of hazardous waste
- Proactive daily maintenance (e.g. sanitary problems, water leaks, etc)
- Daily use of the Company van
- Painting
- Cleaning
- Spills
- Snagging
- Taking/collection of company property as required
- Purchase and collection of small consumable items e.g fittings, brushes, paint, light bulbs
- Collect water bottles and other consumables
- Weekly housekeeping
- Reactive - Adhoc tasks
- Liaise with external contractors as required
- Desk moves
