Recruit4staff is proud to be representing their client, a leading company in their search for a Facilities Engineer to work in their leading facility in Market Drayton.

For the successful Facilities Engineer, our client is offering:

  • £51,806 per annum (DOE)
  • Overtime x1.5 
  • 4 on 4 off (days and nights) 7-7
  • Permanent position
  • Free parking 
  • Annual 5% bonus
  • Benefits package including life assurance and health care cover

The Role - Facilities Engineer:

  • Maintain and provide support to troubleshooting on utilities plant
  • Provide support to site to identify and carry out corrective actions following audits or incidents
  • Resolve breakdowns relating to Utilities plant
  • Required to be subject matter expert, Key support in RCA process delivery and standard running conditions
  • Responsible for corrective maintenance, to ensure all outstanding work is completed
  • Control of contractors for utilities-related works

What our client is looking for in a Facilities Engineer:

  • Recognised Electrical/Mechanical apprenticeship - ESSENTIAL
  • Experience within the manufacturing industry - ESSENTIAL
  • Utilities/Boiler/Refrigeration/Water systems/PSSR/LOLER experience - ESSENTIAL
  • Food/FMCG background - DESIRABLE
  • IOSHH/Nebosh - DESIRABLE
  • Must be happy to work in a cold environment - ESSENTIAL
