?? Are you a skilled Facilities Engineer with experience in Project Management and a passion for the automotive business? Our client is seeking a talented individual to join their team in Crewe. If you're up for a challenging role that combines your technical expertise with project management skills, then this opportunity is perfect for you! ??

???OVERVIEW???

Contract Length: 9 months + Extensions

Hourly Rate: £24-£30 Outside IR35

Working Pattern: Full Time, with a hybrid working option

Location: Crewe/Hybrid

??KEY RESPONSIBILITIES??

?? Creating and managing project plans to ensure timely project completion

?? Overseeing building projects, ensuring staff work safely and to high standards

?? Providing progress reports to our client via phone, email, or in-person meetings

??SKILLS/EXPERIENCE??

  • Construction Project Management expertise
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Automotive business experience
  • Solid knowledge of Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
  • Familiarity with Health and Safety legislation
  • Excellent communication skills

??PRACTICAL & TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE??

  • Proven track record in project delivery
  • Understanding of construction processes and guidelines
  • Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple projects
  • Diligent attention to detail for safety and quality checks
  • Financial management of project budgets
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
  • Demonstrated knowledge in construction, engineering, and architecture projects
  • Familiarity with contract and subcontract documents
