- Salary: £26k - £30k dependant on experience
We are seeking a Facilities Co-ordinator to play a proactive role in the operational and administrative activities of our clients Management Team.
Our client is a well established company who provide products and service to their clients throughout The UK and internationally.
The successful candidate will ensure audit actions and initiatives are managed to the agreed delivery criteria. This role requires a high degree of integrity, outstanding planning, and organisational skills.
The role will include:
- Acting as the point of contact for all facilities related matters.
- Collating all documentation and reports for various sites and premises, filing and uploading to ISOO41
- Managing environmental responsibilities for the UK business.
- Coordinating meetings for Directors, including managing multiple diaries
- Assisting with onboarding new starters, including booking meetings with sector heads and office tours.
- Ensuring all documentation is filed correctly and tasks are completed in a timely manner.
- Coordinating charity events and team building activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Professional telephone manner and strong team working capabilities.
- Highly organised with the ability to thrive in a high-paced and pressured environment.
- Proficient in planning, delivery, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
