Facilities Centre Director

We are seeking a Facilities Centre Director to oversee all aspects of management at two prestigious sites, ensuring efficient and accurate management of the site, team, and staff contracted to it. This role requires a high level of customer service, operational knowledge, and excellent management skills.

• Manage site staff, contractors, security, maintenance, and cleaners, as well as 3rd party contractors, with a focus on expenditure and current legislation.
• Ensure all health, safety, and environmental management legal requirements are met, advising the client and occupiers as appropriate.
• Collaborate effectively with key stakeholders, including local authority, BID representatives, and Town Centre Manager.
• Conduct quarterly inspections of tenanted areas to ensure tenants’ repairing and maintenance obligations are adhered to.
• Authorise and review supplier payments, escalate funding issues, and manage the budget for the site within agreed parameters.
• Oversee the implementation and management of PPM works and any landlord works.
• Manage the implementation and management of any future development works.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate operational risks, ensuring business controls are effective.
• Support the Tenant & Community Liaison Manager with events, commercialisation, and community initiatives.

• 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Health & Safety - IOSH essential, NEBOSH desirable.
• IWFM or equivalent desirable.
• Proven track record of implementing sustainable cost reductions and operational efficiencies.
• Strong leadership qualities, motivational, professional, and approachable.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
• Proactive and flexible attitude to changes.
