Join a friendly Team as a Facilities Assistant!

  • £25 - £28k PA
  • 25 days holiday
  • 37.5 hours a week (Monday – Friday 9-5:30)
  • Based in OX2 - Westway
  • Parking on site
  • Additional 1.5 days given to be taken over the festive period in December each year.
  • Buying and Selling up to 1 weeks' worth of leave each year.

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a proactive Facilities Assistant to join our clients team. As part of the facilities team, you will play a vital role in managing Facilities requirements and assisting in various tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cover mail room duties daily
  • Provide support to internal clients for stationery and other requests
  • Handle reprographics tasks for all departments
  • Assist in ordering stationery and consumables
  • Investigate and respond to breakdowns and faults promptly
  • Manage cleaning standards and liaise with company for support
  • Assist in procurement of consumables and services
  • Help in planning and executing office moves
  • Maintain storeroom and kitchen standards
  • Complete H&S inductions for new staff
  • Travel to other offices for coverage support

Skills, Experience, and Attributes:

  • Some facilities experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Customer service experience preferred
  • Legal environment experience desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Client-focused mindset
