We are seeking a skilled Facilities Assistant to join our team. The Facilities Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the maintenance and operation of our office. This is a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our organisation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve facility issues
- Assist with booking of engineers for the installation and maintenance of electrical systems
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and oversee contractors for repairs and renovations
- Respond promptly to facility emergencies or urgent situations
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Assisting to help resolve IT issues
- Ensuring the office hardware (printers, scanners, servers etc...) are up to date and maintained
- Provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders

Skills:
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication
- Ideally worked in a facilities environment previously
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with internal colleagues
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills

Requirements:
- Good level of qualification
- Must be a driver with your own transport
- Good admin experience

We offer competitive pay and benefits package for this position, salary will be £22,000 - £25,000 plus excellent career opportunities.
