A prestigious UK law firm is looking to hire a new Office Services Assistant to join them on a permanent basis, to work both 9am – 5pm with a 75-minute lunch break each, housed in stunning offices in the City.

  • Salary of up to £28,000

Candidates must have previous Office Services experience, within a professional services organisation, ideally within a law firm.  Standard hours are 09:00 – 17:00, with a salary of £28,000 per annum.

Key Responsibilities of the Office Services Assistant:

  • Photocopying, Scanning, Binding
  • Preparing and presentation of documents and bundles
  • Co-ordination, storage & administration of archiving and retrieval
  • Booking and logging couriers
  • Maintain the stationary cupboards and ensure orders are placed on a weekly basis
  • Maintain the client meeting rooms
  • Liaising with the building management team to book meeting rooms for clients
  • Assist with all internal office moves
  • Maintain and replenish the First Aid equipment/supplies
  • Maintain and keep an accurate desk booking system, and log of all visitors

Key Requirements of the Office Services Assistant:

  • Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent
  • Proven experience in a similar administrative roles within a law firm ideally or professional services
  • Competency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
