Are you a Facilities Manager with experience in a warehouse setting? We have the perfect role for you! Join our client in Milton Keynes and take charge of all facility and site services.

As a Facilities Manager, you will:

? Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to meet health and safety requirements

? Manage outsourced support contracts within budgets

? Ensure site security, repair, and maintenance

? Oversee office services and customer expectations

? Maintain compliance with statutory regulations and health and safety policies

? Conduct health and safety investigations and risk assessments

? Manage ISO 9001 processes

To excel in this role, you should have:

? Minimum 2 years of warehouse-based Facilities experience

? Knowledge of ISO standards (9001 essential, 14001 desirable)

? Strong understanding of relevant SHEQ legislation and compliance

? Familiarity with M&E systems and installations
