As a Facade Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing facade projects across various sectors in the Cambridge area. Working closely with our clients, architects, and project teams, you will ensure the successful delivery of projects while upholding our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction. With your expertise in facade construction and project management, you will contribute to the continued growth and success of our business in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of facade projects across multiple sectors including commercial, residential, educational, and institutional projects.
  • Lead a team of engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, providing guidance and support to achieve project objectives.
  • Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to develop innovative facade solutions that meet project requirements and exceed expectations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
  • Manage procurement and logistics processes, including sourcing materials, negotiating contracts, and coordinating deliveries to ensure timely project execution.
  • Foster positive relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders through effective communication, responsiveness, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience in facade construction and project management, preferably in the Cambridge area.
  • Strong technical knowledge of facade systems, materials, and construction methods.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as required.
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
