Role:Fabric Engineer/ Plumber
Hours: Mon to Fri 8am-5pm
Rate: £35,000 -36,000 per annum
Location: City of London
Client: World Leading FM Provider

The site is a Grade 1 & 2 listed commercial space which is in operation for the client as one of their many sites across London. The size of the team is 5 engineers across the site including a working supervisor.

As The Fabric/ Plumber Maintenance Engineer Your Duties Will Be:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPMs) & Reactive Maintenance
• Minor electrical works, bulb changes, tiling, carpentry, door installtion and fixes, door handle fixing, painting.
• Plumbing works, flushing, pipe repairs, testing and inspection, hot water and cold water tests.

Qualifications needed:

• Plumbing LV.2 and above (Desired)
• Core trade qualifications
