Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced Fabric Engineer based within Salford, M50

To work to a high standard of Building Maintenance. My client requires a fully reliable improver who can work on there own initiative or within a team environment.

To produce high quality reports of their findings along with estimates for producing quotations.

Available shifts / Locations below:

  • Monday until Friday (5 days a week)- This is a full time position
  • Postcode: M50 2TG
  • 08:00-17:00PM
  • £13:45 Per hour including Holiday pay with an option to accure
  • Pay is weekly, Every Friday before 5 PM.

Skills and experience required:

  • Must have a least 2 years previous
  • Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
  • Able to manage time effectively
  • Ability to work both alone and in a team
  • Good communication and organisation skills with good attention to detail
  • NVQ Required in Plumbing
  • IPAF Powered Access Licence
  • PASMA
  • First aid trained

Must have experience with the following:

  • To Complete statutory PPMS in accordance with the annual PPM Planner and the tak instruction sets.
  • To ensure site log books are kept upt to date with the relevabt information and certifcation
  • To be able to respond and repair any reactive calls raised through there help desk.
  • To supply the relevent information to facilities teams to ensure the jobs are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer
  • To read and understand the work to the generic site PPM risk assessments and method statements.
